Hypersect is the single member game studio run by Ryan Juckett, designer, programmer and artist.
Ryan started making games professionally in 2004, and has since worked at studios large and small; developing games ranging from the Tony Hawk's Pro Skater series to Destiny. Prior to that, he worked on multiple student games which were nominated by the Independent Games Festival in both the Student and Professional categories.Inversus
Making use of his background in programming and design, Ryan built a custom game engine tailored for a cross-discipline team of one. It was first used in 2013 for a 48-hour game jam, when his game design about negative space was conceived. Ryan continued to develop the engine, iterate on the game mechanics, design the art, and synthesize the sounds; eventually founding Hypersect and bringing his game, Inversus, from concept to a playable product.
